Willpower

See, the problem is that I have an outfit to wear this sweater with already, and it's everything I can do to not cast on and have done with it. Above is the "Revisited Chanel" sweater from The Best of Knitters Magazine: Jackets for Work and Play, the project I bought that boucle yarn for a few weeks ago. I put everything in my basement craft room to get it out of sight, out of mind.

That said, I cast on for that Pi Shawl again on Saturday, and so far so good. I've only had to frog a fatal mistake once. If I don't mess it up before I hit the next increase round, I'll take a picture of it for you.

The Emperor's sweater is still going, as is the Rainbow Sock. Not much dramatic visual progress to show on those at this point.

Uncas the Cat will not be moving to Wyoming after all. J-- and D-- decided that he'd enjoy lazing around sipping umbrella drinks wearing a lei, so he's going to go through the process, do his time in quarantine, travel a thousand or so miles and become an Island Bum instead of a Cowboy Cat. We're thrilled, because that's where he belongs -- with his original staff.
