After ten months of slogging through 250 stitches of plain stockinette stitch on number eight needles, I finally got through eighteen and a half inches of sweater body on the Jupiter Cardigan. Thrilled, I moved on to the next step, which was two decrease rows. Now, with 246 stitches on the circ, I knitted on the sleeves.
There are now 384 stitches on that circular needle. It weighs a frickin' ton.
Yes, I know that now the big decreases begin, but until they do, this thing is a monster.
