Easter-ish

After a crazy week, the Emperor and I are having a nice, quiet-ish Easter Sunday.  There is not a single atom of "easter candy" in the house, but  I have threatened to bake something, or to make some hard-boiled eggs and draw on them with a pen or something.  I've never been a big fan of Easter, even when I was a kid and there were chocolate eggs to be had, or when I was more religiously observant.  We're having leftovers for supper (meatloaf!) and I'm going to be working on class stuff in a short while.

Possibly as a result of meeting with Artistic A-- and J-- last week, I've been doing a little more knitting.  I made a few more rounds on the White Caps Cowl, and about two inches on the front band for the Jupiter Cardigan.  I've still got two feet to go on that one but eventually I'll get there.  I just hope I can finish before July, which is the two-year mark of my starting it.

Well, I'd better get moving or this whole day will disappear, like the past few weeks have.
