Even though I'm still one sock shy of a full pair of shoes, I'm feeling a little triumphant about getting this one done. I've been trying to load these photos for about a week, but the computer systems all over this western state have been uncooperative. But here you go.Look at these stitches! Look at that pattern!
And here's the heel, so prettily turned. I'm not sure I'll go back to the old way of doing them, now that I've seen this type.
Sock Two is progressing nicely, by the by. I was able to work on it quite a bit on the plane between here and Seattle.
