Wrung-out

Feeling a little off-center today... I hear there's something going around so I guess it's not in my head. Tea seems to take the edge off of the tummy funkyness but it's a short-term fix.

The left front of Pellew's Pelisse is finished. A quick steam-off flattened it so I could appreciate the shape, but that's as far as I got toward beginning the next piece. My expected family company arrived in town two days early so my planned knitting has been interrupted. But, I love the reason! Anyway, I compared the left front to the right front and I hope I stretched one of them when I steamed it... otherwise one is much longer than the other. I adhered to the same row count for both of them, so they should be the same. Cross your toes.

This sweater is turning out so soft. I'm really looking forward to wearing it later this season.

Whew! I made it to the gym the requisite three days last week, so I win my self-offered reward of yarn. I'm re-thinking the EL Silky Tweed as a next-to-skin choice, but something "nice" will be added to the stash soon.
