At least, it's eye candy for architecture buffs and scholars of American history. This is an oblique shot of a few of the lakeview homes at the Chautauqua Institution, which I visited a couple of weeks ago.It's been nuts all week, but I've been knitting between running around like a madwoman. I think I'll get to the heel on the French Sock over the weekend. On the Seamless Hybrid front, I nearly had to frog the doggoned sleeve again! I'm beginning to understand that I hate to knit sleeves, and am trying to think of a way to click my heels together and just get them done... perhaps an investigation of that Magic Loop technique might bear fruit. Meanwhile, the Stonington Shawl has been on and off the needles about a dozen times this week. Aaugh!
